Cancellation Policy

Bookings are only possible 12 hours in advance before the start of the session. In case you cannot attend an appointment, the following fees apply: • Non-cancelled appointments: full fee is due • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the fee is due • Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: no fee is due To cancel or reschedule, please always contact me via e-mail. I will do my best to get back to you as quickly as I can. If you cannot attend due to an emergency or an event you have no control over, please notify me as soon as possible, so we can work out an alternative to the scheduled session.
